Access to ph368 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
Each person may hold only one registered ph368 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus promotions, circumvent limits, or bypass a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms. ph368 uses verification systems to detect duplicate registrations and will close all associated accounts, forfeiting any balances held therein.
All bonuses and promotional credits offered by ph368 are subject to stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Promotion terms are published at the time of each offer.
All transactions on ph368 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods they have personally registered. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph368 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay processing while checks are completed. Fraudulent or reversed deposits will result in equivalent funds being deducted from the player's balance.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ph368 login credentials. ph368 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by the player's failure to keep credentials secure. Players must notify ph368 support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access. ph368 support will never ask for your password — any communication requesting credentials is fraudulent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between a player and ph368 shall first be referred to ph368's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player protection unit. ph368 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolving disputes in good faith in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and ph368 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph368 online gaming platform available at ph368.asia (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ph368 and is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") under applicable Philippine law.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the ph368 Platform, through which the User accesses all gaming and financial services offered by ph368.
"Balance" means the total sum of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds which are governed separately.

To register for and maintain an Account with ph368, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

One Account Policy. Each Player may hold one (1) Account on the ph368 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited. ph368 uses automated systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts and will close all associated Accounts upon detection, forfeiting all balances.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ph368 recommends enabling two-step verification for additional account protection. You must notify ph368 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ph368 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Account Accuracy. You must keep your Account details, including contact information and payment methods, accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals and other Account services.
Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ph368 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive Accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. You may reactivate your Account by logging in and meeting applicable identity verification requirements.
Accepted Payment Methods. ph368 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph368 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring their transactions meet current minimums before submission.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. ph368 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing a withdrawal, ph368 may require identity verification documentation. Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
Fraudulent Transactions. Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments on ph368 will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and wagering progress may be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is met.
Bonus Abuse. ph368 operates an active bonus integrity monitoring system. Actions including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses, wagering on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, exploiting a promotion through coordinated play, or using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with promotion rules will be treated as bonus abuse. ph368 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, recover bonus-derived winnings, and close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ph368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible Players.
All games available on the ph368 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as published in-game and in supporting documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
Random Number Generation. All casino game outcomes on the ph368 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. ph368 does not manipulate game outcomes and the Platform's RNG infrastructure is subject to ongoing regulatory oversight.
Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or processing of any game or wager, ph368 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ph368 are governed by standard sports betting rules. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or result dispute, ph368's trading team will apply PAGCOR-compliant settlement rules. ph368's decision on disputed sports bets is final subject to the formal complaint process described in Section 15.

All content on the ph368 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game content, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the property of ph368 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted under these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph368.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph368's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
ph368 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings caused by technical malfunction; (c) losses arising from events outside ph368's reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, power failures, or internet service disruptions; or (d) losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms or failure to follow account security recommendations.
ph368 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. ph368 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
ph368 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is further detailed in ph368's Privacy Policy, available at ph368.asia/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to ph368 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of: (a) Account management and identity verification; (b) processing deposits and withdrawals; (c) complying with PAGCOR regulatory and AMLA obligations; (d) providing customer support; and (e) sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
ph368 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, payment service providers, and game providers where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
By ph368. ph368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) ph368 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) ph368 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (d) regulatory obligations require ph368 to do so; or (e) ph368 determines in its sole discretion that continued Account access is contrary to the Platform's integrity or the safety of other Players.
By the Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ph368's customer support team via live chat or support email. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Players must withdraw any real-money Balance before requesting closure; ph368 will facilitate withdrawal of the Balance upon closure where the Player meets standard withdrawal conditions.
Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and any pending bonus claims are forfeited upon closure. Real-money Balances in excess of any amounts owed to ph368 will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
ph368 may amend these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, ph368 will notify registered Players by email to the address on record or by a prominent notification displayed on the Platform at the time of login. The effective date of any amended Terms will be updated at the top of this document.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13. Your continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution. In the first instance, Players are encouraged to contact ph368 customer support to resolve any complaint or dispute informally. ph368 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph368's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player protection unit for independent review in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint handling procedures.
Jurisdiction. For any disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
